For the couple who has a clear vision and genuinely enjoys the planning process, but wants a trusted partner to refine the details, organize the logistics, and ensure the wedding day is seamlessly executed.
You have gathered inspiration, selected your vendor team, and shaped the overall direction of your celebration. As the wedding approaches, we step in to provide expert guidance, answer questions, review key details, and ensure the plans you have carefully created are aligned, organized, and ready for execution.
Our involvement begins up to five months prior to your wedding, with the bulk of our planning support taking place in the final 60 days. During this time, we become your central point of contact for final logistics, vendor communication, timeline development, and wedding-day preparation.
From there, we manage the flow of the day, oversee setup details within the contracted scope, and guide the ceremony and reception from start to finish so you can be fully present and enjoy the celebration you have so thoughtfully planned.
