Meet Carly, co-founder and lead planner of Champagne Dreams + Co. With nearly a decade in the wedding industry, Carly brings a calm, organized, and hands-on approach to every celebration.
Her expertise is shaped by extensive education and training from some of the industry’s top planners, paired with a genuine commitment to continuous growth—constantly refining her craft to elevate both her work and the CDC experience.
Known for her attention to detail, natural leadership, supportive presence, Carly builds meaningful relationships with her clients and vendors while guiding them with clarity and confidence throughout the planning process.
Prior to the wedding industry, Carly worked as a bank manager for over a decade, where she excelled in client relations and customer satisfaction—skills that continue to shape her high-touch, service-driven approach today.
Outside of weddings, you’ll find her enjoying a perfectly rolled sushi dinner, fitting in a quick workout, or spending time with her family—her greatest source of inspiration and joy.
Sara Flaxman is the co-founder and creative lead of Champagne Dreams + Co., where she curates weddings that are seamlessly designed and beautifully executed. Known for her refined eye and intuitive approach, she brings a sense of clarity and cohesion to every celebration she leads.
With a foundation in hospitality and experience in high-level event production, Sara approaches planning as both an art and a strategy. Her early experience includes working alongside celebrity event designer Kevin Lee, where she gained exposure to large-scale, high-profile celebrations and the level of precision they require.
Today, her work spans thoughtfully designed weddings of varying scale, including complex, multi-layered events where logistics, design, and guest experience must align effortlessly. Each decision—from layout to lighting—is made with intention, ensuring a result that feels cohesive, elevated, and enduring.
Her design perspective is shaped by the environments she gravitates toward—coastal landscapes, architectural spaces, and the quiet interplay of texture, tone, and light. The result is a body of work that feels timeless yet current, layered yet effortless.
