Meet Carly, co-founder and lead planner of Champagne Dreams + Co. With years of experience in event planning and client care, Carly brings a calm, organized, and hands-on approach to every celebration.
She’s known for her attention to detail, natural leadership, and the steady, supportive energy she brings to the planning process. Carly builds genuine relationships with her clients, offering clear guidance and thoughtful insight every step of the way.
Outside of weddings, you’ll find her enjoying a perfectly rolled sushi dinner, squeezing in a quick workout, or spending time with her family—her biggest source of inspiration and joy.
Sara Flaxman is the co-founder and creative lead of Champagne Dreams + Co., known for blending intuitive design with thoughtful direction. With a background in hospitality and event production, she approaches each celebration with a focus on balance, clarity, and visual cohesion.
Her inspiration comes from the spaces and textures she encounters—natural landscapes, lived-in architecture, and the quiet beauty of well-composed details. Sara’s work blends timeless structure with modern layers, resulting in events that are visually cohesive, distinctly styled, and purposefully executed.
She moves between California and Utah, carving out space to create, refine, and reconnect—with her husband and their dog always close by.
