If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a refund or store credit.
Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
- Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
- We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.
- When sending back items from multiple orders, please fill out a return form or packing slip from each order returned.
- Return packages must include a return request form OR packing slip. If these are not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please contact us through our Online Request Form for assistance before returning.

Champagne Dreams is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days 5 - 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your items to 8549 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 343, Beverly Hills, CA 90211.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should email us directly at email@example.com or book your online return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When shipping items worth $75 or more, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
